Do you have a return policy?
For sanitary purposes and because everything is made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we take pride in the quality of our products and will gladly refund your money or send you a new bow if there is a mistake made on our end.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We restock the shop every Monday at 10am MST—all orders placed on Mondays will always ship by the end of that same week. We ship via USPS First Class mail.
What is a reversible clip?
If you select “Reversible Hair Clip” at checkout, this means that your clip will be adjustable so that you can take it out and slide back into your little one’s hair bow in the opposite direction. This is great if your daughter alternates between what side she wears her clips on or if you have siblings sharing clips that wear their hair bows in different sides.
How often do you restock the shop and how quickly do you sell out?
We restock the shop every Monday at 10am MST! We generally sell out in 1-2 hours. If it is a busier season (Holidays, Back to School, etc.) then we sell out much quicker (usually in under 30 minutes). Follow us on Instagram (@thesplendidbowshop) to stay in the loop and be reminded of restocks! We are working towards hiring more seamstresses in order to accommodate more orders and be open 24/7.
What time should I get to your shop in order to place an order?
If you have your eye on something specific, we recommend setting your alarm and getting to our shop right at 10am MST to place your order.
My daughter got her bow dirty, how can I clean it?
We recommend spot cleaning for all stains on our bows. Use a toothbrush and gently scrub the affected area with hot water and a dab of blue dawn dish soap. After you clean the stain, scrub with hot water to get all soap out, reshape your bow and lay flat to dry.
Do you combine shipping for multiple orders?
Because of the volume of orders that we receive weekly, combining multiple orders that are heading to the same address is not always feasible. However, message us and we will try our hardest to accommodate you.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase if you need to cancel your order.
Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?
If you would like to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this time period, we can no longer make changes to your order.
Will I receive tracking information once my order has shipped?
Yes. You will receive an email with confirmation of shipment and tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you offer coupons or discounts?
We always offer free shipping on domestic orders over $30 (no code necessary). We periodically have sales and discounts. Follow us on Instagram (@thesplendidbowshop) to be updated on sales and promotions.
